The 2024 Toyota Camry has both hybrid and gas engine options. The two gas powertrains are a four-cylinder, 203-horsepower unit and a V6, 301-horsepower alternative. The gas engines will be removed in 2025, leaving drivers with two hybrid systems. The first hybrid engine is a 2.5-liter Atkinson-cycle, four-cylinder unit that creates 184 total horsepower. The more advanced hybrid engine adds a second electric motor to generate 225 horsepower. The 2025 Camry's output steps up to 232 horsepower with the optional AWD system.

Appearance

While the 2025 Camry looks comparable to the 2024 version from the side view, the front end has been boldly redesigned. The Camry has a lowered, sporty stance with a modern edge thanks to its reshaped grille, which shows off a stack of horizontal accent bars. The grille bends at crisp angles on the sides and fades into a twisted mesh pattern. Above the grille, a slender, black bar directly extends outward to connect with the LED bars. These bars hook around a body-colored element, and the headlights trend outward slightly on the sides.

Additional improvements are found in the 2025 Camry's cabin with updated materials and a redesigned dashboard. Prominent updates include trim-specific upholstery, a larger digital instrument panel, and a central touch display screen.
