 What's New for the 2026 Toyota C-HR?

Toyota's popular compact C-HR crossover SUV was offered until 2022. Now, this model returns as the second all-electric vehicle in Toyota's lineup. Everything about the 2026 Toyota C-HR has been redesigned, ensuring you enjoy a modern driving experience.

The C-HR has a bold, contemporary look and an athletically tapered profile. The well-defined hood swells downward to a rounded nose. In place of a grille, a body-colored band runs across the nose. A dark bumper and a thin, black band frame this band. This band flows cohesively with the linear LED headlight bars. Adding to its sporty look are a pair of tall, geometric air vents flanking the body-colored band. Along the sides, the sweeping contours angle sharply over the flared rear fenders. Dark molding underlines the door panels. Select models are available with a black roof.

Every 2026 C-HR features dual electric motors that produce 338 net horsepower and 323 pound-feet of torque. This system can accelerate you to 60 miles per hour in just 4.9 seconds. Eco, snow, and normal drive modes are included. The battery range is increased to 287 miles thanks to a regenerative braking system with four selectable modes. Every C-HR comes with all-wheel drive.

Inside the spacious cabin, the large glass roof panel creates a light, airy feel. The dashboard features a 14-inch infotainment screen that extends outward for easy access. The 7-inch digital dashboard rises above the dashboard. Select trim levels feature SofTex and synthetic suede upholstery, as well as heated seats.

Some of the many other features that are available or standard in the 2026 Toyota C-HR are powered sunshade controls, a digital key, a push-button starter, a JBL premium sound system with six speakers, a navigation system, a 64-color ambient lighting system, USB-C media and charging ports, a household-style power outlet, a heated and leather-wrapped steering wheel, a dual-zone climate control system, HomeLink, an auto-dimming rear mirror, two wireless chargers, and many additional features.
