Serving Dublin, OH

The Toyota 4Runner has long been a top option for off-road enthusiasts. This tough, well-equipped SUV introduces its latest generation in the 2025 model year and brings bumper-to-bumper updates online for you to explore and enjoy. What are the exciting differences between the 2024 Toyota 4Runner and the 2025 version?

Performance

In 2025, the Toyota 4Runner features an updated platform, which is the same platform used in the Toyota Tacoma truck. The next-generation 4Runner comes with the same four-cylinder turbo engine that is offered in the 2024 model year. This system produces 278 horsepower. In addition, an i-FORCE MAX turbo 2.4-liter hybrid system is available, and it generates 326 combined horsepower. The 4Runner has a towing capacity of 6,000 pounds. Select trims also have a Stabilizer Disconnect Mechanism.

Appearance

The 2025 4Runner shows off a refreshed look while retaining the boxy, rugged look that it is known for. The new design displays a tall, flat profile with a confident, defined hood. Over the sides, a combination of squared-off fenders and deep accent lines give the 4Runner added character. The front end is redesigned with a small, A-frame grille sitting on top of a larger A-frame fascia. The grille is styled with thick accent bars. The bumper is equipped with rectangular fog lights and a wide skid plate. Both the bumper and grille are framed by edgy, body-colored molding. The headlights have a sharp-cornered LED bar underscoring the linear lamps. At the rear, a powered window adds functionality and convenience.

Features

Several features are added to the 2025 4Runner. These include a wireless smartphone charging pad, a 12.3-inch digital display screen, a head-up display and a 14-inch screen for the infotainment system. Additional features include wireless smartphone app integration, a digital rear mirror, a JBL audio system, a portable speaker and other features.
