What's New for the 2024 Toyota Camry Hybrid?
The Toyota Camry has been the top-selling sedan in the United States for the last two decades. Its strong appeal among car shoppers in Dublin and far beyond is heavily rooted in Toyota's focus on improving it year after year. The 2024 Toyota Camry is available in nine trims, including four trims that exclusively have the hybrid powertrain. These are the LE Hybrid, SE Hybrid, XLE Hybrid, and XSE Hybrid. Across these trim levels, the only difference between the 2023 and 2024 Camry Hybrid is the deletion of Amazon Alexa.
The Camry Hybrid is available with one powertrain. This is a four-cylinder, 1.8-liter gas engine mated with a hybrid component. The powertrain delivers 138 horsepower and pairs with a continuously variable auto transmission. Front-wheel drive is standard, and all-wheel drive is offered. The SE Hybrid adds enhanced steering, a sport drive mode, and a sport-tuned suspension.
The bold, athletic style of the 2024 Camry Hybrid is identical to the 2023 model year. The model has a clamshell-style roof that fluidly converges with the angled hood and rounded nose. The sides are equally smooth, except for subtle contouring across the lower doors. At the front, the Camry Hybrid is personalized by sharply angled, slender LED ribbons. These lights trend inward and are connected by a black trim piece. The drop-down grille makes a bold statement and directly connects to wide, C-shaped air intakes. Select or all trims have alloy wheels, a sunroof, heated side mirrors, and keyless entry.
With the exception of removing Amazon Alexa from the infotainment system, the 2024 Camry Hybrid's features are identical to those available in the 2023 version on a trim-by-trim basis. These features could include a JBL audio system with nine speakers, a 7-inch digital gauge display, synthetic leather upholstery, a wireless phone charger, heated front seats, a blind-spot warning, a keyless ignition, sport seats, an 8-inch central display screen, wireless connections for Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, four USB-C ports, an auto climate control system, and several other features.
